DOMUS ATHLETICA

We have our training sessions at Domus Athletica.

Domus Athletica has 2 squash courts. We have the courts booked at the following times:

We have two different types of session:

Free play:

As seen above this is the main type of session that we have. Free play means that the members themselves can decide how to arrange the session. This is open for players of all skill levels. Here are two examples on how a session can look like:

- Warm up for 15 minutes, e.g with englishman

- Start playing games to 11, rotate so that everyone plays everyone

- Cool down 


Another session with more focus on drills:

- Warm up for 15 minutes e.g with englishman.

- Start doing different drills, e.g boast drive (More experienced players) or a more simple exerice like "Drive cross drive". Make sure to do diffrent drills to keep it fun.

- Continue by playing som conditoned games (squash games with some "special rules"), e.g all shots have to hit above the service line.

- Finish with playing some full squash games.


Note that this is just two examples and can be mixed to what the members themselves wishes to do. And it can be split between the two courts.


To join the session you need to register in the spond group, you will get an invitation to the group when you sign up for a membership
