Training plan Fall 2019

This fall there will be drill practice every Tuesday.

The trainings will alternate between "Technique" and "Technique and Movement", in which the latter will build on what we learned in "Technique". The goal is to first learn the basics of for example drives, volleys, drops etc (different shots, techniques), and then learn more about how to use it in gameplay in "Technique and Movement". The trainings are open to complete beginners as well as more advanced players. For "technique and movement" however, it's useful to master the shots well enough to be able to use them in simple drills.
